Rome Statute   Guyana signed on 28 December 2000 and ratified on 24 September 2004, becoming the 97th State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Guyana ratified the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities on 16 November 2005.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Signed BIA agreement on December 13, 2003 after loss of U.S. military assistance was reportedly threatened. National Assembly approved motion for ratification, and Parliament ratified on May 17, 2004.
Implementing Legislation The government has maintained that they are committed to initiating the ICC implementing legislation process. However, other pressing priorities have delayed this process.
