Rome Statute   Trinidad and Tobago signed on 23 March 1999 and ratified on 6 April 1999 becoming the 2nd State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Trinidad and Tobago signed the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities on 10 September 2002 and ratified on 6 February 2003.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Publicly rejected BIA agreement. On July 1, 2003, declared by the State Department ineligible to receive military assistance.
Implementing Legislation Enacted "ICC Act" in February 2006, becoming the first country in the Caribbean to fulfill its implementing obligations under the RS.
