Rome Statute   Romania signed on 7 July 1999, and ratified on 11 April 2002, participating in the simultaneous deposit at the special UN treaty ceremony to mark the 60 ratifications necessary for entry into force.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Romania signed the APIC on 30 June 2004 and ratified on 17 November 2005.
