Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Netherlands signed the APIC on 11 September 2003 and ratified on 24 July 2008.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement The Netherlands has not signed a BIA.

Membership The Netherlands is a member of Friends of the ICC, Like-Minded Country (no longer active), Council of Europe, European Union, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
