Moldova, Republic of
Rome Statute   Moldova signed on 8 September 2000. On 3 October 2007, the Moldovan Consti­tutional Court ruled that the Rome Statute is compatible with the Constitution of Moldova. On 11 February 2008, Parliament announced the submission of the ratification bill by President Vladimir Voronin. Following 2 years of debate, the Moldovan government ratified the Rome Statute on 12 October 2010.
