Rome Statute   Mauritius signed on 11 November 1998 and ratified on 5 March 2002, becoming the 53rd State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Mauritius has not signed the APIC.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement An agreement was reportedly signed on June 25, 2003. On 1 July 2003, President Bush issued an ASPA waiver until January 1, 2004. Subsequently, on July 29, 2003, the waiver was extended indefinitely as Mauritius had entered into a BIA.
Implementing Legislation Mauritius implemented cooperation and complementarity provisions in July 2011.
